Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that any website receives automatically.

• Information you submit. When you complete our contact form or request a free audit, we collect your name, email address, website URL and whatever you write in your message.
• Information you send us directly. Emails you send to us, and any documents, credentials or account access you share with us during an engagement.
• Technical data. Your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you visit, collected automatically by our web server and analytics.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the free SEO audit you requested.
• To deliver, manage and report on the services you have engaged us for.
• To send you invoices and handle payment administration.

Delivering SEO work often means we are given access to systems that belong to you, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your content management system. We treat that access as confidential, use it only for the work you have engaged us for, and ask you to revoke it when an engagement ends. We do not use one client’s data for another client’s benefit.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to client engagements, including invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain financial records, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Keeping information secure

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this website, restrict access to client systems to the people working on the account, and use multi-factor authentication on the accounts that support it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent you have previously given, and to receive your data in a portable format.
