About these terms

These terms apply to your use of infinitylinkers.com and to any SEO services you engage Infinity Linkers to provide. By using this website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to them.

Where you and Infinity Linkers sign a separate written agreement or proposal, that document governs the engagement and these terms fill in anything it does not cover.

Our services

We provide off-page SEO, on-page SEO and content writing services, described on our services pages. The specific work, deliverables, timeline and fee for your engagement are set out in the proposal we send you before work begins.

We work only with methods that comply with search engine webmaster guidelines. We do not buy links from link farms, use private blog networks, cloak content, or use any other tactic designed to manipulate rankings in a way that puts your site at risk.

What we need from you

To do our work we generally need the following, and delays in providing them will delay delivery:

• Access to your website, content management system, analytics and search console accounts.
• A named point of contact who can approve content, changes and recommendations.
• Timely review of drafts and recommendations we send for approval.
• Accurate information about your business, products and target market.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or claims you ask us to publish, and for having the rights to any material you supply to us.

Results and what we do not promise

Search rankings are determined by search engines, not by us. Neither we nor any other agency controls their algorithms, and anyone who guarantees a specific ranking position is not being straight with you.

We commit to the work described in your proposal, carried out competently and to the standards set out above. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic volume, conversion rate or revenue outcome, and we do not guarantee timescales for results. SEO is a compounding discipline and meaningful movement usually takes months rather than weeks.

Rankings and traffic can also be affected by things outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates, your competitors’ activity, changes you or other suppliers make to your site, and outages at your hosting provider.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal and in our pricing. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance of the month they cover unless your proposal says otherwise.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may pause work on an account with invoices more than 30 days overdue, having given you notice first.

Fees are exclusive of any taxes, and exclusive of third-party costs such as software subscriptions or paid placements, which we will always agree with you in advance rather than passing on as a surprise.

Term, cancellation and refunds

Our retainers run month to month. There is no minimum contract period and no lock-in. Either of us may end the engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice, which allows the current month’s work to be completed and handed over properly.

We may end an engagement immediately if you ask us to do something that would breach search engine guidelines, that is unlawful, or that we consider would damage your site.

Fees for work already performed are not refundable. Where you have paid in advance for work we have not yet started, that portion is refunded.

Ownership of work

Content, reports and recommendations we produce specifically for you become yours once the invoice covering them has been paid in full. Until then we retain ownership.

We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, checklists, internal tooling and anything we developed before or outside your engagement. Nothing here transfers those to you, though you are free to keep using the deliverables that were made for you.

We may describe the work in general terms as a case study. We will not name you or publish your data without asking you first.

Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not disclose it to anyone else except to staff and contractors who need it and are under the same obligation. This continues after the engagement ends. It does not apply to information that is already public, that we receive independently, or that we are legally required to disclose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 6 months before the claim arose.

Your use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but it does not constitute professional advice for your particular situation.

You may not copy, republish or resell material from this site without our permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any engagement entered into under them, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of them falls to the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab. Before it reaches that point, both of us agree to raise the problem in writing and make a genuine attempt to settle it — most disagreements turn out to be about expectations rather than obligations, and those are cheaper to fix in a conversation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Where you have a live engagement with us, material changes will be notified to you and will not apply retroactively to work already agreed.
